Deutsche Bank CEO Christian Sewing on Thursday told reporters that programs designed to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace are an “integral” part of the Russian money laundering operation’s strategy going forward and they don’t plan on caving to right wing activists constantly freaking the fuck out over it like so many other companies have, Bloomberg reports.
“We are now firmly behind this program,” Sewing said in Frankfurt, adding he and his team “can see how Deutsche Bank has benefited from it. I know what diversity has brought us on the management board at the top reporting level. That’s why we are strong supporters of these programs.”
It’s not clear if convicted felon President Trump will boycott Deutsche Bank now or just stop making payments on his loans to protest Sewing’s enthusiastic embrace of woke DEI madness.
