A Facebook post by the Harris County, Texas Constable Precinct 1 says that on “Sunday night a Deputy with Constable Alan Rosen’s Office tried to pull over a speeding vehicle in the Heights, but the driver didn’t stop right away. Once he did stop, the deputy noticed he was in possession of 108 canisters of Nitrous Oxide. The driver, a dentist and professor at UT, admitted to the deputy he had been ‘huffing’ Nitrous Oxide all day. He was arrested after the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges. At that moment PCT 1 learned the driver was out on a $5000 bond out of Harris County for allegedly doing the same thing. #publicsafety Houston Heights Association.”
