“An unauthorized vehicle drove onto Library Mall, creating a disturbance. As a result of the investigation into this incident, the driver of this vehicle was identified as David J Volm, 31, of Stevens Point, WI. Volm was booked into the Dane County Jail by UWPD on charges of misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, and was also cited for multiple traffic violations,” says the University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department in an incident report putting the arrest as having been effected at about 7:20 PM CDT Tuesday without mentioning the vehicle’s make or model.
