Saying cryptically only that “Earlier, water belonging to India was also going outside. Now India’s water will flow in its share… and be utilized for India itself” to the crowd at an event in New Delhi on Tuesday, Indian dictator Narendra Modi sure sounded like he was going to deprive Pakistan of the water that supplies as much as 80 percent of their agriculture, Reuters reports.
