Caleb Flynn, the former Evangelical pastor who Fox News opted to identify as a former American Idol contestant when he was arrested in February for shooting his wife Ashley in the head twice while she slept, was found guilty Tuesday on a single count of aggravated murder, Fox News reports. Flynn’s mistress read a significant number of the 107,000+ text messages exchanged between them during the eight-day trial, texts in which Caleb referred to Ashley as “douche.”
