The US Supreme Court on Monday denied certiorari to a trio of MAGA brothers from Utah who sought to have the court remove President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, as well as all 387 members of the 117th Congress who didn’t object to their election, reinstate disgraced former President Trump, as well as award them $2.9 billion in damages “tax-free.” Just last week lead plaintiff Loy Brunson confidently predicted victory in an appearance on Roger Stone’s web show.
Brunson, along with his brothers Raland and Deron, brought their case to the Supreme Court after previously being denied standing at the federal circuit and appellate levels. They were represented by lawyer Robert Thomas of Pahrump, Nevada, who also represents the fictional states of New California and New Nevada and filed a brief on behalf of those states in support of the failed 2020 election case brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Thomas’s email address is listed as “Carguy341@yahoo.com” on the Supreme Court’s docket page for the case.
