Roberts will not testify to Senate Judiciary Committee

Per MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has refused an invitation to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the subject of ethical lapses of justices, including millions of dollars in unreported gifts from a Texas billionaire to Clarence Thomas.
