A Delaware federal magistrate judge on Wednesday ruled that Hunter Biden must show up in person in court for his arraignment on three felony gun charges, denying the irresponsible crackhead’s request to attend via Zoom from California to avoid the hassle of traveling, CNN reports.
“In the end, the Court agrees with both Defendant… and the Government… that Defendant should not receive special treatment in this matter – absent some unusual circumstance, he should be treated just as would any other defendant in our Court. Any other defendant would be required to attend his or her initial appearance in person. So too here,” wrote Magistrate Judge Chris Burke.
We’ll note here that fat former President Trump was permitted to skip an in-person arraignment in Florida on the superseding indictment when he was caught telling his guys to delete the incriminating surveillance camera footage of them hiding stolen classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.
