Bodycam footage from Montgomery County, Maryland police officers responding to a call from Harrison Floyd, a Trump co-defendant in the Fulton County, Georgia RICO case and the former Black Voices for Trump director, show him getting arrested for assaulting a federal agent after apparently unsuccessfully attempting to avoid service of a grand jury subpoena, according to Politico.
But more telling in the February 2023 bodycam footage is a sneak peek at a subpoena from Special Counsel Jack Smith, which was reviewed by one of the county cops. Details show Smith seeking any communication regarding any proposed or actual meetings with two Georgia election workers, and any communications with two other Georgia co-defendants, Stephen Lee and Trevian Kutti. All four of those alleged co-conspirators have pleaded not guilty in Georgia, for now.
The subpoena was dated February 21st, and gave Floyd until March 9th to turn over the documents. Currently, Donald Trump is the only individual indicted by Jack Smith in an alleged conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election; six other co-conspirators remain officially unknown, but we kinda know most.
