Overall ratings for Tuesday’s first presidential debate of the 2020 election drew a total of 73.1 million viewers across sixteen networks, a 13% drop from the first debate of the 2016 cycle, Deadline reports.

Fox “News,” whose Chris Wallace sat at the moderator’s table, had the largest audience, with 17.8 million viewers. ABC led the traditional broadcast networks with 12.6 million viewers.
