Former deejay Mike Pence will re-embrace his roots as a conservative talk show host as he starts a podcast after a 22-year hiatus in politics, Politico reports.
Pence gained political prominence in his home state of Indiana by starting a podcast sponsored by the Young America’s Foundation, a student-centered conservative group started in the 1960s. Pence is also joining the conservative Heritage Foundation as a visiting fellow.
The content of the podcast has not yet been announced, but it is unlikely that Pence will use his natural talents to produce a show in the sleep therapy or AMSR genre.
