Politico reports Dem Conor Lamb, who narrowly won a big House special election for a seat in early 2018 against some scrub is launching a bid to replace retiring Republican Senator Pat Toomey. Lamb will officially announce his run at a union hall in Pittsburgh Friday afternoon.
