He made it home then “managed to run back into the parking lot of my house, but they grabbed” their daughter, she added. The girl was sat down next to an SUV and given a bottle of water while Hip negotiated with them from behind his door, handing them his ID for a few minutes until local cops then arrived and took the girl inside the home. ICE then left.
