From the NTSB’s preliminary report on the death of Grammy-winning country singer-songwriter Brett James – famous for “Jesus Take The Wheel” among other hits – and two other occupants when his single-engine Cirrus SR22T plane crashed in Macon County, North Carolina last month:

“On September 18, 2025, at 1456 eastern daylight time, a Cirrus SR22T, N218VB, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Franklin, North Carolina. The private pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. Preliminary air traffic control information provided by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) indicated that the pilot was on an instrument flight rules flight from John C Tune Airport (JWN), Nashville, Tennessee to Macon County Airport (1A5) Franklin, North Carolina. As the pilot approached 1A5, he requested a visual approach to runway 07 from air traffic control. The controller approved the request, and at 1448 the pilot reported the airport in sight. The controller then approved a frequency change to the common traffic advisory frequency. Shortly after, the pilot transmitted (while still tuned to the controller’s radio frequency) that he was at 6,800 ft and intended to perform a 360° turn to land on runway 07. The controller then advised the pilot that he was still on the frequency; there were no further transmissions received from the pilot. Review of preliminary ADS-B data showed that shortly after, the airplane began a descending left turn from an altitude of about 6,300 ft mean sea level. It continued through a 360° left turn before it began to approach runway 7 at an altitude of about 3,300 ft (the airport elevation of 1A5 was 2,033 ft). The ADS-B data ended when the airplane was about 0.5 nautical miles from the runway threshold.”

“Surveillance video showed the airplane flying over the runway before initiating a descending left turn. The airplane continued descending in the left turn before entering a tightening spiral and impacting the ground,” the safety geeks wrote in their findings on Jesus not helping.

A new AARP survey of NYC voters found Mamdani leading Cuomo 43 to 29 percent with Sliwa in third at 19 percent, but Mamdani ahead 45 to 41 percent if Sliwa drops out. It’s not clear if this was what got “Cats” to come out against his own guy but it doesn’t seem all that favorable to Cuomo whether you choose to believe it or not. That it says 2 percent of would-be Republican voters in the electorate are going to go to the socialist dude if Sliwa drops out while another 7 percent just aren’t going to show up at all just seems a little too hopium-y for the “Okay fuck it, Cuomo for mayor” voter.

In another exchange, Douglass mentioned a procedural error by a Jewish colleague to which his wife, Brianna Douglass, also in the chat group, wrote “I was about to say you’re giving nationals [too] much credit and expecting the Jew to be honest.”

Douglass, once seen as an up-and-comer in the Green Mountain State’s GOP, had initially resisted calls to hang it up but once the state party and Governor Phil Scott – who’s basically a Democrat anyway – stepped in, the neckbearded state legislator caved, writing “if my Governor asks me to do something, I will act, because I believe in what he’s trying to do for Vermont,” in his announcement.

But that Douglass never wrote “You guys are fucking sick and this is exactly why the libtards call Republicans hateful, racist freaks,” and left the chat the first time someone posted a slur – let alone apologize for his wife and announce he was looking to get her into therapy – says far more than a single five-word message could have.

“On October 13, 2025, at approximately 4:11 pm, Georgia State Troopers from Post 32 in Athens responded to a six-vehicle crash on Interstate 85 northbound, just south of mile marker 147 in Commerce, GA. A Florida McDonald’s worker has been charged in the shooting of a teenage customer who had become extra value belligerent when staff at a Davenport location refused him and a friend service due to high demand for the global brand’s McProcessed consumables last weekend, WFLA reports.

The manager then told Story to leave and they refused, later telling cops she heard them mentioning a “30 clip” and “switches” amid their McShittalk. It was those specific words that prompted Soto to go to the break room to retrieve a special McSomething from his backpack, circle around to the front door and, as the time-honored Florida saying goes, stand his ground.

Story was shot in the neck during the ensuing McStruggle, but not like Charlie Kirk shot in the neck, as he and Jones fled the scene.
