The sexual battery charges against Tennessee MAGA Pastor David M Baker were dropped on Friday, as a local judge decreed that the asshole who once urged Iran to murder Nancy Pelosi could no longer be prosecuted on suspicion of molesting a family member, the Columbia Daily Herald reports.

The good news is that the only reason Judge J Lee Bailey dropped the case was because Baker shot himself dead in the restroom of a local hospital last Wednesday, thereby escaping prosecution.

Baker’s whole brand since 2022 was a ministry called “Fallen in Grace,” which he founded with notorious fellow scumbag Pastor David Hyles, publicly accused of raping a 15-year-old girl when he was a youth pastor at a megachurch, according to 2018 reports by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

A new USA Today/Suffolk University survey of likely voters in Pennsylvania – conducted after last week’s debate – finds Vice President Kamala Harris leading convicted felon former President Trump 49 to 46 percent with 1 percent going for the third party dipshits and the rest undecided.

Harris leads Keystone State independent voters by 43 to Trump’s 38 percent. Among women she’s up 56 to 39 over the fat bastard while Trump’s lead among men is smaller at 53 to 41 percent.

A Texas judge on Monday tossed Picasso-faced Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit seeking to block Bexar County – which encompasses the city of San Antonio – from sending out registration forms to new voters and encourage them to participate in the democracy, something Paxton warned might end up with ineligible people added to the voter rolls, the Texas Tribune reports.

Paxton had responded to the county commission’s September 3rd vote to send out the forms, vowing he would “use all available legal means” to stop them and filing his lawsuit the very next day.

Then Paxton failed to send one of his minions to a hearing to request an injunction and on Monday Judge Antonia Arteaga dismissed the case because the forms have already been mailed out.

In what at first seems to be unrelated news but no it actually is very much related to Paxton’s recent all-out crusade against local jurisdictions for conducting elections within the discretion they are permitted by statute, the Tribune also reported Monday that 29 county Republican Party chairs have signed an open letter warning of a “grave and deteriorating” cash and canvassing operation on the ground in the southern part of the state and that absent the leadership slapping a “well-funded, statewide” initiative together now, “we will get destroyed in mail ballots which will narrow Trump’s margin, threaten Cruz’s re-election, and harm all of our targeted down ballot races.”

An Orange County, Florida Uber driver is suing the company after a July 20th ride that should’ve only taken about 15 minutes ended up a harrowing nearly three hour ordeal in which the passenger held him at gunpoint, forced him to drive around to find a prostitute, then forced him into the backseat while the ex-con drove around to find another prostitute after discovering the first one they had found was trans, and finally ordering the driver out of the car and to strip down to his underwear and nearly executing him before driving off with the vehicle, WFTV reports.

The asshole, Richard Warren, faces charges of kidnapping and robbery and is being held at the Orange County Jail with no bond. The driver, who WFTV does not name in their report, is now suing Uber for failing to flag the ride, and that the company is supposed to have safety features in their software to recognize when a ride has gone wrong and automatically call for help… Or at the very least check in to see if the driver’s okay and not being held at gunpoint to find a hooker.

Yeah it sure looks like the Trump campaign thinks that, because Ohio Governor Mike DeWine says the bomb threats against elementary schools and other public buildings in Springfield are coming from overseas, their Dear Leader and his couch-fucking sidekick are apparently somehow “exonerated,” maybe even justified, in continuing to make shit up about the local Haitian community abducting cats, dogs, and waterfowl for their consumption. And they demand an apology.

Shouldn’t they be considering that maybe, just maybe, the threats might have originated from certain foreign actors who support Trump and are hoping to see him returned to power and thus it is in their interest to continue stirring up chaos and fear among the people of Springfield?

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday ruled Russian asset Cornel West can get fucked and denied the appeal of his rejection from the November presidential ballot, the AP reports.

In a Friday Facebook post on his apparent official government account, Republican Portage County, Ohio Sheriff Bruce D Zuchowski called for his constituents to write down the addresses of any homes with “Harris Walz 2024” on the lawn, apparently so that unspecified migrants can be dropped off there if the vice president wins the November election – or some other form of retribution.

A Villages, Florida man was arrested last week on a DWI charge after the Marmaduke Lodge in nearby Leesburg called to report he had left without paying his bar tab, Villages-News reports.

Cops responded to the establishment at 2 AM last Saturday to speak with 61 year-old registered Republican David Ray Beck after receiving the call. Pulling into the parking lot, they found Beck behind the wheel of a green Subaru SUV with his wife in the passenger seat. An officer with Leesburg PD attempted to complete a field sobriety test but gave up because Beck was too shitfaced to finish. He provided breath samples that registered .180 and .184 blood alcohol content.

Asked why he had left the Lodge without paying, Beck claimed “while at the bar he was provided with free beers,” and then showed a receipt to prove he had paid, but it was from a neighboring establishment called Brick and Barrel, per a police report. Beck was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. He was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $1,000 bond.

Two Springfield, Ohio elementary schools were evacuated due to bomb threats on Monday, again, this time the Simon Kenton Elementary School and Kenwood Elementary School, WHIO reports.

The two are different from the pair that were threatened last week amid the continued threat of violence propagated by convicted felon former President Trump and running mate JD Vance. A bomb threat was also reportedly called in to the Ohio State House in Columbus on Monday morning.

In more related news, the city of Springfield on Monday announced they were canceling their annual CultureFest “in light of recent threats and safety concerns… The decision was made with the utmost consideration for the safety and well-being of our community and event participants. CultureFest, scheduled for September 27-28, is an event that celebrates diversity, arts and local culture. City officials, in consultation with local and state law enforcement, determined that canceling the event is the most responsible course of action to prevent any potential risks to attendees, staff, vendors and volunteers.” Probably the smart move since MAGA terrorists love them some soft targets to aim at.

Convicted felon former President Trump on Monday told Fox News that President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are to blame for two assassination attempts in three months, saying Sunday’s shooter Ryan Routh “believed the rhetoric of Biden and Harris, and he acted on it… Their rhetoric is causing me to be shot at, when I am the one who is going to save the country, and they are the ones that are destroying the country – both from the inside and out.” Irony is as dead as Thomas Crooks.

Trump called Biden and Harris out for defining him as a “threat to democracy,” while telling Americans they are “unity” leaders. “They are the opposite. These are people that want to destroy our country. It is called the enemy from within. They are the real threat,” Trump continued.

“They use highly inflammatory language,” he said. “I can use it too – far better than they can – but I don’t.” Fox News did not note that the shooting attempt came a few hours after he had posted “THE FAILING NEW YORK TIMES IS A TRUE THREAT TO DEMOCRACY!” on Truth Social.

The fat bastard also squeezed in some complaining about the media, saying “The media is made up of fools that will spew [Democrats’] garbage and spew their sick philosophies and will protect them at all costs, and they can’t believe they get away with it. Democrats are totally protected by the media,” and last week’s ABC News debate “was so biased and so out of control… Harris was the one lying about Project 2025, she lied about abortion, she lied about everything. She was correcting me.”
