Lou Dobbs went on a epic rant talking to Giuliani co-conspirator and former TheHill executive vice president John Solomon last night, claiming that the Supreme Court of the United States is part of the Deep State conspiring against President Donald Trump.
“The Deep State extends, obviously, to the Supreme Court,” Dobbs declared on his Fox Business channel show. “This, these decisions today on making available to the DA of Manhattan, Cy Vance, a left winger in absolute coordination and orchestration with the radical Dems on Capitol Hill can proceed with a subpoena of the accounting firm for the President and get his tax returns and the Supreme Court ruling at the same time Congress cannot. I mean, who the hell do they think they’re kidding? They’re one in the same!”

Solomon responded in his most wise manner, “They are some head scratchers right, and, uh, I think the good news for the Preside–” before being cut off by Dobbs interrupting.
Dobbs later continued his rant, this time, claiming AG Bill Barr and the Justice Department is in on the conspiracy: “I have a lot of agita. I am so sick of looking at this, y’know, nonsense and people saying, ‘Well, you know, what the hell, we’ll catch it next quarter, or we’ll do something next year.’
“Who the hell is this Justice Department to say it takes this long to do a damn investigation?” Dobbs asked as Solomon bobbed his head. “They have killed every investigation. They’ve killed every opportunity at getting to the truth and we’re damn fools to put up with it, in my judgement.”
TheHill undertook a widespread internal review of Solomon’s work after it was revealed, by Solomon, that Solomon was in the room with Lev Parnas, Joe DiGenova and others, including Devin Nunes aide Derek Harvey, as they crafted attacks against Joe Biden that Solomon later reported in his op/ed columns. Solomon never disclosed any participation in these planning sessions.
Solomon was even discredited by the Fox “News” so-called “Brain Room,” a unit at the station designed to independently vet guests and information. “John Solomon played an indispensable role in the collection and domestic publication of elements of this disinformation campaign,” the Fox briefing book notes.
