MSNBC hosts Nicolle Wallace and Brian Williams were unable to host their afternoon timeslot on the network because of widespread power outages on the East Coast caused by Tropical Storm Isaias.
Wallace and Williams broadcast from remote studios due to the coronavirus pandemic. Chris Jansing, who was in the network’s Manhattan studio, filled in for the two hour block.
As of 4:47 p.m. ET Tuesday, more than 3.3 million customers on the East Coast had power outages due to the storm.
