A woman in an Orange County, California grocery store told a store manager that the manager could be imprisoned for up to five years and fined $10,000 for forcing patrons of the store to wear face masks in the store to prevent the spread of coronavirus, according to a report from Yahoo News.
Two women in the store, wearing badges saying they were from the “Freedom to Breathe Agency” gave out fliers outlining punishments they said could be imposed on stores and employees attempting to enforce store rules.
There is no such federal or state agency so named.

One of the women, identified as Lenka Koloma, said she was acting “making sure that people’s constitutional rights, civil and federal laws are not broken.”
A website advertising services for a woman named “Lenka Koloma” who calls herself a “Transformation Expert,” claims that people are not dying of coronavirus by of underlying health conditions. She says masks do not help to prevent the spread of the virus but they are “a part of subliminal mind conditioning.”
Her site also has a flyer that can be handed to a business manager to inform them of how they are violating rights and laws. Her website, however, does not list any legal or medical credentials.
