In the midst of a pandemic, and an economic downturn, and murder hornets, and bubonic squirrels, and bears practicing martial arts, could the year be known unto history as The Great Dr. Pepper Shortage of 2020?
Keurig Dr. Pepper, the company that owns the iconic soda brand, acknowledged the shortage of the soda in a tweet, asking customers to “hang tight” while supplies are restocked.
We know it’s harder to find Dr Pepper these days. We’re working on it – hang tight!

While some industries have suffered during the economic shutdown, soft drink sales have increased. Many soda bottlers and brewers have marked a shortage of industrial carbon dioxide, which has impacted production and distribution.
