Iowa republican Senator Joni “Breadbags” Ernst opened her address talking about the damage done by the deracho, a wind storm that destroyed one-third of the state’s crops.
Ernst bragged that “we scrapped Obama’s and Biden’s punishing Waters of the United States rule, which would have regulated about 97% of land in Iowa–in some cases, even puddles.” [Fact Check: by definition in the rule, the “Waters of the United States” rule only applies to navigable waterways. A puddle doesn’t count.]
Ernst also claimed that the Biden-Harris ticket wants to ban farm animals and cars, which is a complete and utter lie.
Ernst praised Trump’s trade policy, without noting the billions of dollars in federal “socialist” money spent to prop up farmers who lost markets during the trade wars, and she cheered the “pork” to promote ethanol-gasoline mixtures that would make the mixture available year-round.
