On Wednesday Twitter, in a “why the hell didn’t they think of this before but I guess it’s better late than never” type move, added what they termed internally as “friction” to the act of retweeting any post containing a link as part of the company’s election preparations.

If your first thought was “well this is going to seriously piss off Trump’s minions before they actually bother to read the prompt” then your thinking is 100% correct. Naturally, the stupid assholes believe Twitter is throttling their content – and their complaints have the fun added bonus of revealing that they didn’t actually bother to read what they’re trying to share to their audience.

We tried to retweet @seanhannity’s article about @Jim_Jordan confirming the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s emails.

But Twitter slapped a warning label on the tweet before we could do it.

It says “You can read the story first” right fucking there and these morons still went berserk and tweeted a screenshot. We always say things like “they have no shame” when remarking on their corruption and lack of ethics, but there’s also a distinct lack of shame over being made to look like complete jackasses, and that’s something kind of even more astonishing – and doesn’t get touched on often enough.
