Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, a member of the Elite Special Force Team which is 2-26 in legal decisions about the election, claimed in a Saturday night interview with NewsMax, a little-known cable news network, that she is preparing a “blockbuster” fraud case that she cannot release the details of as yet.
“We’re very clear on the law and the facts on multiple issues,” Powell claimed despite judges saying there’s no substance to the ESFT arguments, “and we’ve yet to present the Big Fraud case yet that I’m still working on, and it’s going to be a blockbuster.”
Powell claimed that the affidavits the ESFT has introduced into courts are “hardcore evidence” of crimes and fraud, however no judge has agreed with them. She said the affidavits present a picture of “how and why the system was created and how it worked to accomplish the objective for Hugo Chavez.”
Chavez, the former president of Venezuela, died in 2013.
Powell also claimed that Fox News host Tucker Carlson sent her “some very abrasive and disrespectful” text message after her appearance on his show, during which he publicly doubted the veracity of her so-called evidence.
