Kraken attorney and former member of Trump’s Elite Strike Force Team claimed on Twitter that she has four further election fraud cases pending before the Supreme Court, but Reuters reporter Brad Heath notes that no cases involving Powell are on the Court’s docket.
“YES! & our 4 cases with massive evidence of fraud pending at #SupremeCourt where our plaintiffs who are electors have standing & raise constitutional claims. #Fraud vitiates any results obtained by it[,]” Powell tweeted.
Powell posted the tweet at 6:54 p.m. ET Monday night, approximately 90 minutes after California registered its Electoral College votes, putting President-elect Joe Biden over the required 270 vote threshold.
“Kraken lawyer Sidney Powell says she has ‘4 cases with massive evidence of fraud pending’ at the Supreme Court,” Health tweeted. “Not one of them is currently listed on the court’s public docket.”
Powell has lost every court challenge she’s filed since Election Day. She was kicked off the ESFT after going on a rant during a press conference where she claimed everyone from Cuba George Soros to China to long-dead Venezuela president Hugo Chavez.
