More than rain and snow were falling from the sky as a plane making an emergency landing at Denver International Airport started losing parts on a nearby neighborhood before it was able to land safely, KDVR Fox 31 reports.
United Flight #328, a Boeing 777 flying to Honolulu, took off from DIA at 12:15 p.m. local time. The crew reported engine trouble almost immediately and returned to DIA, landing at 1:30 p.m. As it headed back to DIA, parts fell on the Bloomfield community. Early reports find no one on the ground was injured by the falling debris, but some property was damaged.
