South Dakota Republican Governor and coronavirus cheerleader Kristi Noem was shocked–shocked! she’ll tell you–that on a call with the White House Thursday about the infrastructure bill, so much money wasn’t going to infrastructure but to “housing and pipes [and] green energy”… which is, y’know, infrastructure.
Perhaps after the 481 “Infrastructure Weeks” during the previous administration that produced zero infrastructure improvements, the GOP is a little confused on how things actually get done.
