UPDATE (11:26 PM ET): The final vote was 228-206 with 13 Republicans joining 215 Democrats supporting passage, and 6 Democrats voting against it with 200 Republicans.
In a late night vote, the House passed HR3684, the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure plan which the Senate passed in August, sending the bill to President Biden’s desk for his signature. The bill passed with bipartisan support, with the vote still being tallied as this story posts.
