McGeachin’s batshittery hasn’t been reported on much here at National Zero, but she has a very long and sordid history of usurping Governor Brad Little’s power pretty much every time he leaves the state (Idaho law stipulates the Lt Gov becomes acting Gov in that event). In May for example, McGeachin just unilaterally repealed the state’s mask mandate while Little was at a Republican Governor’s Association conference in Tennessee. Fun times in MAGA world.
