Derek Chauvin to plead guilty to federal charges in Floyd murder

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin will plead guilty to federal civil rights charges stemming from the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2021, ABC News reports. In April Chauvin was found guilty of the murder in a state court and sentenced to 22.5 years in prison.
