With federal courts repeatedly upholding the vaccine mandates put forth by the Biden Administration, state governors and employers after lower courts have issued contradictory rulings, the Supreme Court has scheduled a special session for next month to hear arguments about the vax-or-test mandates, the Washington Post reports.
The hearing, scheduled for January 7th, is unusual for the Supreme Court to take up so quickly. The complaint is led by Republican governors, business groups and religious organizations.
