See the gymnast on the right? That’s 20-year-old Russian gymnast Ivan Kuliak, and if you look at his chest, he’s wearing a white “Z,” the symbol written on Russian vehicles invading Ukraine while on the podium after finishing third in some competition. For that, he’s facing disciplinary action from the International Gymnastics Federation.

Oh, the guy on the left? He’s Ukrainian Illia Kovtun, who won the gold at the Apparatus World Cup in Doha.
