Talking to fans at a “College Republicans Tailgate” last week, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp said he’s open to a contraception ban in the state, depending on “where the legislatures are.”
“You could take up pretty much anything but you got to be in the legislative session to do that,” Kemp said on audio provided to Heartland Signal from an anonymous Dem source. “I think, I’d have to check and see because there are a lot of legalities,” Kemp added. Definitely not a no.
