Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stepped up his military’s assault on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine on Tuesday, with missile strikes on water and power facilities to wreak havoc on people’s lives as winter sets in being the goal here, Reuters reports. The mayor of Zhytomyr, population 263,000, said attacks had knocked out water and electricity, and two explosions seriously damaged an energy facility in the southeastern city of Dnipro, population nearly 1 million, causing serious damage, according to Zelensky aide Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
