Officials have filed 305 charges against the right-wing terrorist who attacked a drag show Club Q in Colorado Springs that left five dead and 19 injured, with charges running from first degree murder, hate crimes and weapons offenses, CNN reports.
Twenty-two-year-old Anderson Lee Aldrich, the son of a Trump-supporting one-time porn performer, entered Club Q on the night of November 19th and opened fire with an assault rifle and a handgun before being subdued by people in the club, including a former Marine officer who was there to support a friend of his daughter’s who was performing; his daughter’s boyfriend, also an audience member, was killed in the attack.
Aldrich, who uses gender-neutral pronouns, is being held without bond. They is currently being represented by a court-appointed public defender.
