Only famous for screaming,”You lie!” at President Barack Obama during a 2009 joint session of Congress in which Obama outlined the now-wildly-popular Affordable Care Act (currently with a +13 net approval), the congressman has proven to be exceptionally ineffective: during his six terms in Congress, Wilson has been the primary sponsor on only one bill that’s been signed into law: H.R. 917 during the 108th Congress, a 2003 bill to name a post office in Lexington, South Carolina.
