Boebert is trying really hard to show her constituents that she’s doing more than social media posts and horrific behavior to justify her reelection campaign. And to do that, she regularly touts her claimed legislative accomplishments in her social media feeds. Here she touts “my Western Water Accelerated Revenue Repayment Act” that made it through committee. But the substance of the “Act” leaves a lot to be desired: it consists entirely of punctuation and grammar changes to the bill.

A BILL
To amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to extend certain contract prepayment authority.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Western Water Accelerated Revenue Repayment Act”.
SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF PREPAYMENT AUTHORITY.
Section 4013 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for The Nation Act (Public Law 114–322) is amended—
(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon;
(2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(3) section 4011.”.
