A 57-year-old Queens, New York man wearing a homemade glove festooned with blades and knives who attacked Black Lives Matter protesters in the summer of 2020 has been convicted of myriad felonies related to those attacks and a later attempt to run demonstrators over with his SUV, ABC News reports. Frank Cavalluzzi was convicted after a two week trial of nine counts of attempted murder in the second degree, nine counts of attempted assault in the first degree, seven counts of menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and reckless driving.
