Instead of doing two separate articles for both of these stupid spectacles let’s just put them together for a “split screen.” Starting first at 8:15 EDT is fat former President Trump’s “Detroit union worker” rally being hosted at a non-union machine shop roughly 20 miles north of Detroit.
Next starting at 9 PM EDT is the Republican Primary Debate from the Reagan Library in California, ratings for which are anticipated to be so low that Fox News is practically giving away the ad spots. And (UPDATE 9/27/2023 9:05 PM EDT) right as it was getting started Trump ruled out picking any one of them as his running mate which is freaking hilarious. That’s the whole reason they’re there.
