Biden classified documents fuckup investigation special counsel Robert Hur is wrapping up his investigation into the then-vice president having accidentally taken some files he shouldn’t have from the White House to his home and his office at a DC think tank he operated out of for the two years or so before he launched his campaign in 2019, the Wall Street Journal reports.
As we all know from the Mueller Investigation, the sitting president cannot be charged with a crime under current DOJ regulations due to the impracticality of a trial and all that shit, but Hur isn’t going to bring a case against any of Biden’s aides over this either nor does it appear he’ll hint that Biden would have been charged. “Scathing criticism” is all the Journal says of Hur’s soon-to-be-released report, guaranteed to cause a screaming “two-tiers of justice” meltdown from the MAGA assholes.
