Former legitimate Governor of Arizona and now Senate candidate Kari Lake on Monday told a Grand Canyon state radio host she doesn’t know who stole the 2022 election from her but still something just doesn’t feel right after her defeat to Democrat Katie Hobbs, the Arizona Republic reports.
Asked by a KTAR host about her technically still-ongoing efforts to overturn her loss, Lake said
she wasn’t the one bringing it up, and she didn’t have all the details of the “rigged” election. “I don’t want to sit and look backwards. These lawsuits are meant to make sure that going forward our elections are strong.” Asked again, Lake said simply “I don’t know who exactly stole the election, but there are a lot of people who are running elections poorly and we’ve seen the result.”
