A three-judge panel from the conservative Fifth Circuit has issued a hold on the Texas “Show Me Your Papers”-ish law that the Supreme Court earlier today allowed to be enforced, CNN reports.
In a 2-to-1 vote, the panel nullified an earlier ruling from a different panel that allowed SB4 to go into effect. The panel will hear arguments on the law on Wednesday. The one dissenting vote was Trump appointee Andrew Oldham.
