New Jersey did what New Jersey does “best” on Monday as cars packed with Jersey Shore people backed traffic up for 20 miles northbound on the Garden State Parkway, from just north of Exit 82A in Toms River to just south of Exit 102 in Tinton Falls, the Asbury Park Press reports.
