Fun fact: Foxx is from North Carolina where GOP gubernatorial candidate and current Lt Gov Mark Robinson did not oversee a state food aid program scammed by a non-profit he and his wife actually ran a scam non-profit that paid them at least $830,000 in salaries over the last decade.
