The 2024 election now truly feels like it is here as a swing state Republican has been caught trying to fill out a ballot for their dead parent. WPXI reports that Richard Lack, who is currently registered to vote in New Jersey but previously was on the rolls in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, has been charged with violations of provisions relating to mail-in ballots, forgery, and unsworn falsification, all misdemeanors, for requesting a ballot in the name of his dead mother, who lived in the county. Lack used his own phone number and email and forged his mother’s signature on the request.
