Starting Sunday drivers entering New York City’s Manhattan below 60th Street will be charged $9 from 5 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays – and $2.50 each outside of those hours – with the exceptions being the West Side Highway, the FDR Drive along the East River, and a street used to traverse to the Hugh L Carey Tunnel to and from Brooklyn, WCBS reports.
