Harvard Law Professor Stephen Sachs on Friday wasted valuable seconds explaining to CNBC what a community college history adjunct could have about dickhead MAGA Congressman Andy Ogles’s ballsucking of convicted felon President Trump in the form of a proposed constitutional amendment allowing the fat fuck to run a third term. Sachs called it “impossibly difficult, assuming that it would receive no or very few Democratic votes, either in Congress or in the state legislatures,” given that 67 Senators, 290 House Members, and 38 state legislatures would need to ratify it.
“Under Article V of the Constitution, both the House and the Senate have to approve an amendment proposal by a two-thirds vote,” Sachs said and again it doesn’t take a fucking Harvard Law professor to explain this. They could’ve just copied and pasted from friggin Wikipedia about the process.
The one actually useful part of the CNBC article is that it mentions how the twatwaffle Ogles wrote the amendment so it would only apply to Trump, and not Bill Clinton, George W Bush, or Barack Obama by specifying that a president only be eligible for a third term if they previously served a non-consecutive first term. Guess Ogles was worried Obama would kick Trump’s ass in 2028.
