Venezuela’s foreign ministry on Friday loudly accused Secretary of State Marco Rubio of being an aircraft thief, denouncing “the brazen theft of a plane belonging to the Venezuelan nation,” after the former Florida Senator supervised the seizure of a Caracas-owned plane stored in the Dominican Republic, AFP reports, the second such “theft” after Rubio’s predecessor Tony Blinken did the same last year to a different aircraft the Maduro Regime had also left in the Carribbean island nation.
“Marco Rubio, from mercenary of hate to aircraft thief!” the ministry said, vowing to “take all necessary actions to denounce this theft and demand the immediate return of its aircraft.”
