New York City Police Department Officer Didarul Islam, who was shot dead Monday in Manhattan by fucking maniac Shane Tamura along with four other people, will be laid to rest in New Jersey on Thursday after a funeral at Parkchester Jame Masjid Funeral Home in the Bronx, the AP reports.
The 36 year-old patrol officer was working in uniform on a department-approved private security detail for an unspecified party when Tamura walked into the Park Avenue building housing the NFL’s world headquarters in what’s now known to be a targeted attack against the league over what Tamura wrote in a suicide note was CTE from high school football injuries. Islam was the first victim, killed before the psychopath got on the wrong elevator, ending up on a floor leased by vulture capitalist firm Blackstone where he shot an exec and mother of two dead, along with three others.
Anyway, as predicted and unlike that of his naturally-born fallen brother officer Jonathan Diller, shot dead in Queens early last spring, the Bangladeshi immigrant Islam’s memorial will not be attended by convicted felon President Trump, nor is there any reporting indicating that Trump offered to attend.
