You’ve seen this headline here before, not even three weeks ago. “Nothing Burger: Trump Burger founder likely facing deportation,” was a big hit and rightfully so, especially given National Zero’s prior pieces deriding Fox News’s coverage of the small Houston area fascist-themed burger chain.
So why the repeat? Funny story. Like actually funny story, courtesy once again of local weekly the Fayette County Record, clarifying a somewhat complicated lineage that Fox News had neglected to explain and National Zero made only a passing mention of for brevity’s sake: Roland Beainy, the Lebanese-born partner in Trump Burger, currently facing deportation over an alleged sham marriage was not the actual founder of the chain, though Beainy presented himself as such to the Houston Chronicle back in 2022 – he also apparently just straight-up lied to them and claimed he’d been born in Boston in the 1990s before his parents returned to Lebanon with him when he was six.
When and how exactly Beainy bought into the business and whether/the extent of his ownership interest of each of the four establishments called Trump Burger isn’t really important because the fact is that the chain’s origin can be traced to a spot called the Bellville Cafe, in the town of the same name, and whose owner Iyad Muhammad Abuelhawa retitled it the “Trump Cafe” in October 2016 out of love and respect for the pro-pussy-grabbing then-novice candidate. He closed it the next year and then launched Trump Burger in 2020 and Beainy came into the picture thereafter.
And yeah they’re both fucked now, lol. From an ICE statement to the County Record: “Iyad Muhammad Abuelhawa is a 55 year-old criminal alien from Jordan who has remained in the US illegally for the past 16 years despite being ordered deported by an immigration judge on Sept 15, 2009. While in the US illegally, Abuelhawa has repeatedly put the lives of innocent Americans in jeopardy. In 2007, he was convicted of healthcare fraud and misbranding of a drug for dangerously injecting 1,600 Houston-area residents with fake flu shots. In 2000, he was convicted of assault and in 2018 he was convicted of intimidation. As a result of the current administration’s focus on restoring integrity to our nation’s immigration laws, he was arrested by ICE on June 2 and will no longer be free to endanger anyone in the US again.” The article then goes a little bit into Beaniy and Abuelhawa’s falling out, pulling from an August 2 Chronicle story a quote from Abuelhawa’s wife.
“I’m doing my best to put him in jail,” Suad Hamedah told the Chronicle. “We don’t need people in our country like this.” Verbatim from the County Record, as it’s just too damn good: “By that time, Beainy had been detained by ICE and released on bond. But what she didn’t tell the Chronicle reporter (or if she did, they didn’t report on it) was that her husband was then in ICE custody as well.”
No need to go all “LMAO” on Abuelhawa. Everything above did that job perfectly. Of course Trump’s Reich would do this to his fans. Literally the other fucking guy in this article is in the exact same situation. You’ve been down this road countless times over the last seven months and six days. It’s what’s melted on top of this shitburger: A very select, cheap yellow cheese of MAGA racism that’s worth pointing out here as the very real and very deeply gratuitous fuck you to Abuelhawa.

In January 2023 Utah plastic surgeon Dr Kirk Moore and three accomplices were indicted on charges they secretly injected as many as 2,000 children with saline solution instead of the COVID-19 vaccine (and issued falsified vaccination cards for adults, and took $50 payments over Venmo and PayPal to fill out the fake vax cards). As you can see above they never went on trial for it.
Yet Abuelhawa committed the EXACT same freaking crime, just to 400 fewer patients and for a different type of shot. And maybe some were children. But almost certainly not all of them. Yet he did four years in the joint for “dangerously injecting” them with the same harmless nothing.
So yeah, maybe ICE should’ve just left that part out and focused on the assaults – or explained why he’s suddenly a problem after the 2017-2021 Trump Regime couldn’t be bothered to arrest and deport him for anything on his rap sheet before and during the fat fuck’s first failed administration.
