The first part of his rant’s technically a full sentence that also puts a burden on the reader to comprehend that he meant something more along the lines of “There is alleged to have been as much as 19 billion dollars stolen in Minnesota Somalia Fraud,” which no one’s actually alleging because that’s a full order of magnitude more than any reasonable or informed estimates.

However it’s the next part, the whining about “Illhan Omar,” that’s actually the real “fuck you” to his fanboys: The “She should be in jail” is such a nakedly limp dick admission in a world where he’s supposed to be the supreme arbiter of justice in America, his power unquestioned and unimpeded.

And yet here he is, shitposting idly and having no more agency over the matter than the median mentally ill 79 year-old racist who watches too much Fox News. Right, wrong, constrained by the reality that his loyal federal prosecutors have yet to find anything on her – if they’re even trying, who the hell knows – it doesn’t matter because this is not the “retribution” he promised them for years and the “should” packs so much of that state of failure into one single word. To MAGAmerica there’s no difference between that and say, firing Pam Bondi for failing to bring Omar to “justice” for marrying her brother and personally stealing $19 billion from public coffers blah blah blah.
