Alina Habba must not have liked the traditional outcome for Donald Trump’s lawyers–disbarment, indictment, unpaid, and/or defendants in billion-dollar lawsuits–so she jumped ship to become the spokesperson for Trump’s MAGA Inc., and she has immediately started up the propaganda machine, going to alleged serial sexual harasser Eric Bolling on Newsmax.
Habba asserted that Trump will testify before the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Republican-led domestic terrorist attack on Congress because “he had nothing to hide.” Then later in the interview, she claims that it was actually Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who encouraged the violence because she did not accept Trump’s offer of National Guard protection. To date, there has been no evidence that Trump was prepared or offered National Guard deployment to DC that day, even though he’s claimed it, and other officials have stated Trump made no effort to prepare, advise or warn the Guard about possible deployment, and after his followers attacked the Capitol, Trump didn’t deploy the Guard, letting the violence continue.
